諏訪市Wi-Fiフリースポット利用規約

　諏訪市は、諏訪市Wi-Fiフリースポット（公衆無線LANアクセスポイント）の利用規約を次のとおり定めます。
　当フリースポットの利用者は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 無線通信規格は、Wi-Fi認定のIEEE802.11n/b/gとします。
2. 利用料金は無料です。
3. 当フリースポットを利用しての公序良俗に反する行為や犯罪・迷惑行為を禁止します。
4. フィルタリングシステムにより、不適切なWEBサイトの閲覧を制限しています。
5. インターネット上の有料サービスは利用者のご負担となります。
6. 接続に必要な機器の貸出は行いません。また、当フリースポットにおける電源コンセントの利用はできません。
7. 当フリースポットの利用に関する機器の設定等の技術的な相談は行っておりません。
8. 当フリースポットの利用に関する機器のセキュリティ対策は利用者で行ってください。
9. 当フリースポットにおきましては、十分な通信速度を保証するものではありません。
10. 利用者が本規約に違反した場合は、利用を中止していただきます。
11. 当フリースポットに関して、利用者に予告することなく、利用方法の変更、中止又は廃止することがあります。
12. 当フリースポットの利用によって生じたあらゆる損害について、諏訪市は一切責任を負いません。

Free Internet Spots Terms and Conditions for Users

　The terms and conditions for the usage of Suwa Free Wi-Fi Spots (public wireless LAN access points) are as follow. All users of this service are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. The wireless communication spec of this service is IEEE802.11n/b/g.
2. This service is free of charge.
3. Participating in any crime or troublesome actions by means of this service is prohibited.
4. This service regulates the perusal of any inappropriate websites by means of a filtering system.
5. In case of using any charged service on the internet, the users will be responsible for the cost.
6. No rental device is provided to make use of this service.
7. There is no power source provided for users of this service.
8. All users are responsible for their own device’s security settings in case of this service’s usage.
9. This service can not guarantee an ideal communication baud.
10. Users who disobey these rules will be asked to stop using this service.
11. This service is subject to change of usage requirements or cancellation without any advance notifications to users.
12. Suwa City does not take any responsibility in case of any damages or losses caused while using this service.
